Shipping & Delivery InformationStandard Delivery
Most items will ship via ground delivery and will arrive within 5 - 7 business days from receipt of your order,
if in stock. You will be informed of any unusual delay. Items ordered together may ship separately. Our carriers cannot deliver to a P.O. Box number, so please include your street address.
Rush delivery is not available for some items, or items shipped from our suppliers.

Heavy/Oversized Shipping Surcharges
For heavy or oversized items such as furniture, mirrors or tables, a shipping surcharge will be added to the regular shipping and handling. This Shipping Surcharge is noted as (Shipping $SC) in parenthesis following the retail price for that particular item.
Freighted Items
Some larger furniture items require "Basic Truck Delivery", as designated by a Truck icon. Some upholstered pieces require "In Home Truck Service", as designated by a Truck+House icon. "In Home Truck Service" includes unpacking, positioning and debris removal.
All orders require a daytime phone number which is used ONLY to contact you about delivery. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. Our carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. Additional charges will apply for refusals and missed delivery appointments.
Freighted Furniture - Cancellations, Refusals & Returns
Please immediately call Customer Service at 1-800-745-9159 for the situations described below.
Cancellations: you may cancel a freighted furniture items within 10 business days of the order without penalty. After 10 business days, a 20% service fee will apply.
Refusals & Returns: A 25% restocking fee will be charged for refusing or returning an item for any reason other than damages or mis-shipments. Any damages incurred on freight deliverreis must be noted on the Bill of Lading at time of receipt and Customer Service must be notified within 48 hours.
When Ordering Furniture
Here are some tips to help your furniture purchase go more smoothly. Fabric swatches are available for most of our upholstered items by calling Customer Service at 1-800-745-9159. To avoid difficult and diasppointing delivery situations, compare the dimensions of the item to the dimensions of your space. Consider the widths of doorways, hallways and entry points to ensure that the furniture will fit where you desire.
International Orders
We regret that we are unable to ship to destinations outside the United States and its territories.
Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico
Most items ship priority mail, but require an additional $10 charge. Larger and/or multiple box shipments may also require additional charges. Some over-sized items cannot ship outside the Continental US. For Rush Delivery charges, contact Customer Service at 1-800-745-9159.
