Return PolicyReturn Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our highest concern! If you are not satisfied with your order, we encourage you to return it within 90 days of receipt to receive a prompt refund, credit or exchange.
Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise credit. Our return address is listed below in the Return Procedure section.
We regret that personalized items may not be returned unless there is an error on our part or a manufacturing defect. Shipping charges (regular or express) are refunded only when we have made an error and shipped the wrong items or when you have received a damaged or defective item.
Return Procedure
If you wish to return an item, please do the following:
- Return item(s) in the original packaging materials, wrapped securely with tape
- To expedite your return, please complete the Packing List found in your package. The Packing List allows plenty of space to write your desired action. (Remove the convenient preprinted Return Address Label from the Packing List before enclosing it in the package.)
- Use the "Return Address Label" and ship to:

- Please ship item(s) insured and prepaid. Retain all your postal receipts. We're sorry, but we cannot accept COD returns.
- We will process your return as quickly as possible! Please allow sufficient time for us to carry out your instructions.
Damaged Shipments
If you receive a damaged item, keep the original packaging materials. Call us immediately at 1-800-745-9159, 8am - 5pm ET, Monday - Friday. We can save you time and money if you call us first for assistance. Any damages incurred on freight deliveries must be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of receipt and Customer Service must be notified within 48 hours.
